I’ve been coming regularly for years now but the service has been bad lately. I’m waiting for my order of just two drinks for over an hour (ordered at 4:20 pm, didn’t process my orders until 5:30 pm) and the staff either doesn’t care of acts annoyed whenever i ask about my order. I was going to grab my drink and go right away since i didn’t plan to sit and hang out in the cafe, but now i wasted so much time.

I waited for 15 minutes to get my order. I was charged extra 10 pounds then I had to ask why then I was told a story about different kind of coffee. Eventually I paid the amount I should have paid. The place itself looks good on the inside but the service was too slow.

I had a really kind and professional experience today at this branch. I thought I had lost my phone inside the restroom, and the branch manager Mr Mahmoud immediately stepped in to help me. He took the situation seriously, showed genuine concern, and spent time searching with me without hesitation.
His calm attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help made a very stressful moment much easier for me. Thankfully, I later found my phone in my car, but I will never forget his support and kindness.
This level of care and respect truly reflects excellent customer service. Thank you so much for your effort, patience, and professionalism. It means a lot, and it made me appreciate this branch even more.
