Cilantro City Lights

After renovations, The place became very narrow and not feeling comfortable with the bad temperature and being very close to other tables. Plus when you ask for the air conditioner to be adjusted,they tell you this is the lowest degree while it’d feel like a furnace. Very bad experience.

I was standing 27 minutes (10:02 I paid for the check, 10:29 I received the order) in front of the coffee machine while the girl was making coffee for delivery outside. I think if I ordered delivery I would receive it faster. No sorry, no apology. I reminded many times that I’m in a hurry and reply was “sania wahda”. Terrible service. I love cilantro and always order but not this branch. One star

The branch is very nice and clean, the coffee is wonderful, and the breakfast sandwiches are full of nutrients. The staff are friendly, but my only comment is that the code manager treats order delivery representatives uncivilised
