The service is extremely poor. Only one employee is responsible for Talabat orders and all other customers. The place is not clean, and the AC is turned off during summer? most of the drinks on the menu are unavailable.
Definitely the worst branch.

The place is fare enough for a not so bad hangout.(this branch) cilantro over all the coffee n food orders a bit pricey and for no advance, uniqueness or differentiation from others reasons. And sometime dessert not so fresh- overall it’s a nice to quick meet or hangout not THE SPOT for every-time but its fine ( still better than Starbucks ). The coffee only good price set and fare also super cute their coffee or chocolate kits. Lovely quick idea for last minute birthday gifts the hot chocolate and other drinks ready to mix not included about the fare price.
The din in experience: too many tables stuffed next to each others not in a good way no handicap entrance.
Super P.S: the old huge cilantro cafe was the first speciality coffee branch i October was the best we used to hangout there daily or study or even have meetings and date and that was way back in time the point its use to make breakfast offers sandwiches tasted good with coffee or coffee and muffins. The place had a space and still didnt crowded it with too many tables. Hopefully they improve the next months or year or at leat go back to what u used to be.

For the place in general it’s good like it has outdoor & indoor area & the staff is friendly & nice, I ordered hazelnut french coffee & chocolate cookies mocha frappe, the hazelnut french coffee was so intense that my friend couldn’t finish it & there was no hazelnut flavor at all in it, for the frappe it was average like not the best drink that you’ll enjoy it’s flavor but at the same time you won’t be mad or smth.

The upstairs area is cozy and comfortable, making it an ideal spot to work. There are plenty of plugs available for charging devices, and the atmosphere is calm, especially in the morning when there aren’t many people. The Wi-Fi is reliable. Staff was not very welcoming, and the coffee taste was average.
