Not satisfied with my order. Wrong order. I ordered vanilla protein in CAN. But what I got is regular Vanilla frappe. And like the price is not same!
So it cost me 260 LE include tax. But what I got is 140 LE drink. Bad service ever!
By the way, I got my drink late. Not the first time I experience this service, but TWICE at the same place!

Service is awesome in cilantro el tayran..Mr Saleh ashraf is so helpful he helps me to choose the perfect drink for me..my son dropped his drink and he was so helpful and kind..he handled the situation in professional way..great coffee and very delicious carrot cake

The hygiene in food and beverage presentation definitely needs more attention. I noticed a fly in the coffee that was served to a customer. Additionally, the public Wi-Fi is unreliable and couldn’t be accessed from various devices. Sadly, this isn’t a one-time issue; it has happened frequently. I hope the management can improve these aspects.

As usual, they provide coziness n calmness. Such a good place for studying, working, even enjoying a sip of ur fav drink. The tastes are just like another branch. It has spacious places n there is a smoking room too. During the exam season, in the noon, we need to wait around 30-45 minutes to get our own table.
