I cannot recommend Clarité Cosmetic Clinic and Dr. Shady Ismaiel highly enough.

What impressed me the most about Dr. Shady is his honesty and integrity. I visited him twice before, and on both occasions he refused to perform any procedures because he genuinely believed that I did not need them. In today’s aesthetic world, where many clinics are eager to sell treatments, this level of honesty is truly rare.

When I returned again, I asked for several procedures, but once more Dr. Shady refused many of them because he felt they were unnecessary. At 53 years old, I deeply appreciated his commitment to preserving natural beauty rather than creating an exaggerated or overfilled look. He only performed the minimal treatments needed to make me look healthier, fresher, and more radiant while still looking completely like myself.

Dr. Shady is clearly passionate about his profession. He is not driven by money; he is driven by achieving the best and most natural results for his patients. He truly cares about every individual who walks into his clinic.

Yes, the waiting time can sometimes be long, but now I completely understand why. Dr. Shady gives every patient his full attention. He listens carefully, answers all questions, and never makes anyone feel rushed. Every patient is treated as an individual, not just another appointment.

The clinic itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well organized. The staff are warm and welcoming, and they even offer tea and coffee while you wait.

As an International TEOXANE Key Opinion Leader (KOL), Dr. Shady uses world-class products and techniques, and this gave me even greater confidence in his expertise. I trust him completely because I know that his recommendations are always based on what is best for me, not on selling more treatments.

I would rather wait longer for a doctor who genuinely cares than go somewhere else where I might simply be treated as another customer.

Dr. Mariam Badr is an excellent dermatologist. She listened carefully to my concerns and provided an effective treatment plan for my facial issues. I saw real improvement in a short time. She is knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about her patients. Highly recommended.

Every single one of my laser hair removal sessions has been canceled, always at the last minute. Sometimes they even text the night before or ridiculously late (once around 12 AM) claiming there’s “maintenance,” as if they just realized the clinic needed it hours before appointments. It’s obvious they have zero planning or respect for clients’ time. I’ve rearranged my schedule multiple times only to be canceled on again and again. Terrible management and complete lack of reliability. Would not recommend to anyone.
