Very unprofessional experience. The doctor arrived one hour late without informing the waiting patients, and it seems this has become normal practice. There is no respect for patients’ time, and I doubt management will take any action. Very disappointing.

I had a very close family friend come from Paris France to come to the dialysis center here, and it exceeded his expectations in so many ways, that he is continuing dialysis here more than in France. The experience, the service, and everything in between has made the experience amazing. He even said that the service allowed him to become healthier and more able. Very bad experience. No reply on the normal blood tests maid neither by phone nor sms , what’s app, nor anything for 5 days .
Call center doing nothing as the reply after 25 minutes on hold is always we’ll let the branch call you this happened 3 times in these 5 days .
