I just left the clinic of dr shereen in cleopatra hospital.
Actually she did nothing . She has zero patience to listen to my questions. So arrogant and said dont ask me anything. The visit was not more than 5 minutes . Even the codoctor was surprised with her attitude.
She didnt check or see the ultrasound although i gave it to her once i entered . Then i told her you didnt see the ultrasound she opened it and said its ok . And didnt explain anyrhing .
I totally dont recommend her at all to any one

Unfortunately, many doctors at this hospital do not take the time to listen to patients. They often rush to order MRI or CT scans as soon as they see you, even when they are unnecessary or already done. It is rare to find a doctor who truly listens and cares.

I had very disappointing experiences with an orthopedic doctor, Mohamed Mokhtar, and a dermatologist, Mona El Akaby, due to their attitude and lack of communication. Hospitals should monitor doctors’ behavior more closely. If a doctor cannot handle pressure or a high number of patients, they should see fewer patients rather than treat them disrespectfully.

The only positive experience I had was with Dr. Ahemd Abdel Rahman, a cardiologist who was respectful, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Good behavior and professionalism are not difficult, and if consistently applied, this hospital could be excellent. I hope that one day the issue of doctors’ ego in Egypt will be seriously addressed any other country I visit and live in that would be a serious problem.

There are more people than rooms and staff available. Very tight hallways and low ceilings makes you feel like you have no room to breathe. It’s very overcrowded at all times. It feels like your typical public hospital, despite this supposedly being a private one.

The service is a bureaucratic mess. It took forever from leaving ER to get into a normal room. And waiting another 3 hours for a doctor to appear to provide any information after. The nurses are rude and don’t seem to care. To them it’s like any another job, they could care less about the patient’s life. They do the bare minimum, and that’s after ringing for them for 30 mins to get someone to come into the room.

As for doctors, there are some good ones, but unfortunately, they are always busy as many patients go to them. The younger doctors aren’t as educated or experienced, and often indecisive. I was left with one and they couldn’t provide me with any significant, new, or insightful information from when I first arrived to the ER. I was left frustrated when leaving.

In other words, avoid this hospital at all costs.
