I’ve been working at Co55 for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience ,The vibes are awesome, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The internet is fast and reliable. Plus, the space is always clean and organized. If you’re looking for a great place to work, I highly recommend it!

The staff is super nice, friendly, and helpful. They offered me free meeting room for 30 minutes as well as the free water and drinks.
The community is very techy, you feel comfortable among like-minded people. I would definitely suggest this place for startups, entrepreneurs, freelancers looking for a cozy and an incredibly accessible location to work

Dishonest Place – Square one mall
I initially started booking hot desks at this place through HotDesk. When booking individually without using any packages, I would receive confirmation within a couple of hours. However, after purchasing a package offered by the app that provides hot desks at a discounted rate, my experience changed to the worse.
Before purchasing this package, I ensured it included CO55, as I mainly wanted this package for that specific location. However, after buying the package, my bookings started getting declined due to “limited desk availability.”
When I spoke to the receptionist, she gave various reasons for the rejections and stated that she couldn’t guarantee any desks because some people had purchased monthly packages. This was confusing, as the app still offered booking options. Moreover, when I visited the supposedly “fully booked” place at 12 pm, I found many desks available (as shown in the picture). It was evident that the receptionist was not being honest. When I asked if my booking was being rejected because I used the package, she denied it and was very evasive.
I was initially impressed with this place and thought I had found my spot. However, the receptionist’s behavior has left a poor impression of the organization as a whole. I don’t usually leave reviews, good or bad, but this experience was truly infuriating. If a place doesn’t want to honor a discount or package, it should be stated in their policy instead of resorting to excuses and lies.
Someone from customer service has reached out to me, she was very polite and decent however, she also gave me the same reason the receptionist gave me so still unclear how this place really operates.
Unfortunately, I will never go there again or recommend anyone to go either given also prices are on the higher range, to book a hot desk alone is EGP 500, which is definitely excessive.

One of the greatest workspace in Cairo, very organized, spacious, nice clean bathrooms, high internet speed, very nice, sweet, hospitable staff , great management . Great view of the street as well . I was pleased to visit the place and I highly recommend it.
