The service and interaction were terrible.
The item broke once and I returned it.
The second time they failed to fix it again.
They’re very expensive compared to other reputable places, and there’s no compensation for the quality.
People who gave five-star reviews did so because they said to review before the item was fixed and they’d give you a 10% discount.
It’s all nonsense.
