I had a very disappointing experience. I politely asked a staff member to lower the music volume because I was in an important meeting. He responded in a very rude manner and refused. I explained that I only needed the volume lowered for a couple of minutes until I finished my meeting, but he still refused, again in a rude way.

Absolutely loved my experience here! The coffee was rich, fresh, and perfectly made, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the place feel warm and comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers.
The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing — perfect for studying, working, or just enjoying a good cup of coffee. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommended! ☕🤍

The atmosphere is always perfect, and the whole staff is super welcoming. Special thanks to REEM❤️❤️, who was incredibly kind and helpful. The team specially YOUSSEF ❤️helped me pick a new drink to try, and it was super delicious, as usual!
The manager was also very welcoming, which really adds to the great vibe of this place. Highly recommend if you’re looking for good coffee, great service, and a comfortable place to work.

I’ve been to Coffee Fellows several times, and each visit has been a delightful experience. Their smoked salmon bagels, Holy drink, and organic coffee taste have consistently impressed me. The flavors are fantastic, and the service remains exceptional. Coffee Fellows is my go-to place for a consistently great dining experience.
