A truly terrible experience from start to finish. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
We had originally booked a room in the main hotel. However, after arriving late at the dock in Egypt, we were unexpectedly taken to a different hotel without any proper explanation. The room was in a dreadful condition: the mattresses were extremely hard, the bathroom was dirty, the overall cleanliness was unacceptable, and the room smelled musty.
The following day, there was virtually no customer service to assist us. We repeatedly asked to be transferred to the hotel we had originally booked, but we were left waiting for hours before they finally took us there. I was travelling with my 58-year-old mother, who had to wait unnecessarily the entire time.
When we finally arrived at the main hotel, we were told that there were no twin rooms available, even though that was what we had originally booked. Instead, we were told that only rooms with one double bed were available. This was completely unacceptable.
The worst part of our stay was the behaviour of one member of staff. He verbally assaulted us, spoke to us in a very rude and disrespectful manner, and when we explained that my mother had been waiting for hours, he told us that he “didn’t care” and that it “wasn’t his problem.” His attitude was intimidating, arrogant and completely unprofessional. Throughout the rest of our stay, he kept staring at us in a hostile way, making us feel extremely uncomfortable.
The food was poor, the hygiene standards were terrible, and the overall service was unacceptable. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
It is alarming that a hotel employs staff who treat guests this way.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Stay away. Stay away. Stay away.

Amazing experience from lovely reception, bell boys and housekeeping service.
Room was spacious but I believe the toilet/bathroom needs a bit more work.. the beds (mattresses)also needs to be changed- indented mattress, overall happy with stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely unbeatable, with stunning rooftop views directly facing the Great Pyramid of Giza — truly an unforgettable experience, especially at sunrise and sunset.
The staff were lovely, very friendly, and incredibly welcoming throughout my stay. They really made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
While this is not a 5-star luxury hotel in terms of facilities and comfort, it offers excellent value for money when you consider the outstanding service, prime location, and the incredible views you simply can’t put a price on. I would definitely recommend it to travellers who want a memorable and authentic Giza experience.
Special thanks to Silvia, Shaza ,Ahmet ,Mahmud Shif, Monh and Nada for making our stay very enjoyable.

We had a good experience at this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Toiletries were provided, and there were no issues with the hot water. Both the TV and air conditioning worked well. We had a bit of trouble finding the place using Google Maps, but we eventually found it thanks to the receptionist, who sent us the correct link. Breakfast was varied, though it catered more to local tastes than international ones; it is served on a beautiful rooftop with a view of the Pyramids.

We booked this hotel from Booking and it was nothing like the photos we saw there. The photos and the reviews are completely misleading.
We booked something called a “Deluxe room” and actually got the room you can see in the attached photos – very dark, smelly, poorly maintained and, most importantly, not clean.
We were on the 7th floor, but it felt like a dark basement. You couldn’t even close the bathroom door properly, and the front door also had a large gap. The towels were wet and we had to ask them new ones. The hair dryer cord looked like it had just been taped on, so of course we didn’t even try to use it. The entrance to this hotel looked like we were entering a construction site or a ruin. Only one of the three elevators was working.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t at all pleasant to return to the hotel and relax after many hours of sightseeing.
When it was finally time to leave, the reception staff tried in every way to get us to give them our cell phone so they could get “a code for check-out” with the aim (as we read in other reviews later) of not allowing us to write a negative review. One of the receptionists wouldn’t let us close the elevator door and leave.
Booking should do better research and exclude such places from its app.
