The place is quiet and beautiful. The reception staff are very cheerful and kind. Ms. Nourhan is the epitome of good taste, sophistication, and professionalism.

Unfortunately, the desserts weren’t fresh at all and tasted bad, and some drinks weren’t available even though they were on the menu, and the milkshakes were awful.
