Costa Coffee

I am big fan of Costa in the UK. dispute I was told not to go to Costa in Egypt by my Egyptian friend I still went out of loyalty to the brand.
Guess what will never use Costa Egypt ever again.
First the place really stinks of cigarettes. Completely no regards for non smoking customers.
The lady on the till was nice but unfortunately no communication at all with colleagues who is doing the coffee or the food. I asked for a small Americano however they insisted on giving me loungo. Finally I asked for croissant not to be reheated as I hate my croissant reheat. Only to get it reheated and when I got offered 2nd one it was out of a chiller absolutely horrible Why would you have a croissant chilled. Unfortunately it was a bad experience

Costa coffee has witnessed a steady decline over the past couple of years. Their coffee used to be much better. Now it’s just ground dust. Let alone the service that is absolutely the worst I’ve ever gotten at a Costa branch.
The drinks were horrible. My chocolate cream frappé was mostly sugar and ice. My friend’s iced tea was too diluted.
The atmosphere is generally not bad or good. You’ll often find judgmental people, sometimes eavesdropping and giving you bad looks. The prices are absolutely too much for what they offer in return. I would definitely not recommend this branch of Costa to anyone looking for a place to hang out or study in the area.

Cake was 8/10 I ordered ice caramel coffee but what came was just milk and coffee no caramel. Big place with no wifi Such a bummer.
