Costa Coffee

Costa coffee has witnessed a steady decline over the past couple of years. Their coffee used to be much better. Now it’s just ground dust. Let alone the service that is absolutely the worst I’ve ever gotten at a Costa branch.
The drinks were horrible. My chocolate cream frappé was mostly sugar and ice. My friend’s iced tea was too diluted.
The atmosphere is generally not bad or good. You’ll often find judgmental people, sometimes eavesdropping and giving you bad looks. The prices are absolutely too much for what they offer in return. I would definitely not recommend this branch of Costa to anyone looking for a place to hang out or study in the area.

Cake was 8/10 I ordered ice caramel coffee but what came was just milk and coffee no caramel. Big place with no wifi Such a bummer.
