Wonderful experience.
I went with a friend of mine who was visiting Egypt for the first time and really wanted to try this place so we went without a reservation and the hostess was so kind and let us in.
The staff were so respectful and attentive service was a 10/10.
The food was also great starting from the incredible bread basket, it was sooo fresh and delicious. We got the goat cheese salad no notes 10/10. The shrimp pasta and the brisket risotto were also really good.
Overall lovely experience and the view is to die for.

We visited Crimson Cairo on a packed night and it definitely delivers on the hype.
We waited a while for a table, but they still managed to fit us in, which says a lot given how busy it gets. We shared a mix of starters and mains, and everything was consistently good, well-executed and perfect for the table.
What really makes this place though is the atmosphere. It’s a snazzy rooftop with a great crowd and beautiful views over the Nile, the kind of spot you go to for the full experience, not just the food. Unfortunately we weren’t drinking so didn’t get a chance to check out what their bar offers. Next time!

Great views and excellent location. The food arrived quickly, even though it was quite busy this Wednesday. The steak was excellent and generously portioned; easily enough for three people, although intended for two people as per the menu 😁. The starters, including the grilled squid and sea bass carpaccio, were delicious. The Rafaello dessert was especially good, with a perfect balance of sweetness and a light coconut crunch. Thank you for a lovely experience for our anniversary.

This place will always be one of my favourite spots in Cairo town, starting with the breathtaking view of the great Nile to impeccable menu that has great varieties for every taste.
This time we ordered a spread of starters and appetisers as we went for a brunch kinda day
Started with the goat cheese salad which was very refreshing , the grilled calamari was super tender and flavorful, my favourite was the beef tenderloin slices they were perfectly cooked medium rare and the sauce was mushroomy and unmami it only needed to be more on the hot side.
The grilled chicken was juicy and them mini shrimp tacos were yummy
Over all the food is decent and there is a choice for everyone and I will always recommend it either for a quick brunch or a nice dinner

The food was equally impressive. The goat cheese salad was perfectly balanced — fresh greens, creamy cheese, and just the right touch of sweetness and acidity. The grilled chicken was another highlight: tender, juicy, and full of flavor.
Overall, it’s one of those spots where the ambiance and the food complement each other perfectly, making it a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!
