As a long-time IHG Platinum Elite Ambassador member, I have stayed at many properties around the world, and what sets a great stay apart is always the people. This team delivered.
From the very first moment, **Menna** at the front desk set the tone for our entire stay. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care in welcoming us and attending to our every need made us feel truly at home. She is exactly the kind of person you hope to be greeted by when checking into a hotel.
A special mention goes to **Marwan Zewail**, whose professionalism stood out from the moment an issue arose regarding our booking. The breakfast inclusion was not clearly reflected in our reservation details, and Marwan handled the matter with calm, good judgment, and genuine care. He arranged complimentary breakfast for our group without hesitation, reflecting the kind of guest-first mindset that defines true hospitality. He is a credit to the hotel and to the IHG brand.
**Ahmed Hamida** was a pleasure to interact with throughout our stay. His warmth, enthusiasm, and deep knowledge of Alexandria made a real difference.
