I booked a two-night stay, which was the perfect break from our usual routine. Two weeks before my arrival, I called to arrange my preferences, and Mr. Ezz from Reception handled everything professionally and efficiently.

Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink while my room was being prepared. Special thanks to Yousif, Amr, Abanob, Osama and the bell team for their warm hospitality and attentive service.

During my stay, Menna followed up regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly, showing excellent attention to detail and genuine care for guests.

At breakfast, I was warmly welcomed by the Restaurant Manager, and Ms. Asma and Islam provided outstanding service throughout my dining experience.
