We had such a wonderful dining experience, and the hospitality truly made it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Zeina greeted us with such warmth and kindness. She was incredibly pleasant at check-in and immediately made us feel welcomed and valued as guests.
Our servers, Reda and Hussein, were absolutely outstanding. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond throughout our meal. They introduced us to dishes we likely would not have tried on our own, and every recommendation was excellent. Their knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine care enhanced our entire experience.
They were always nearby when needed, kept our table perfectly maintained, and made us feel comfortable and welcome from start to finish. Beyond the service, they shared helpful city suggestions and warmly welcomed us throughout the evening, making us feel like honored guests rather than just customers.
The food was wonderful, but it was the exceptional hospitality from Zeina, Reda, and Hussein that made this visit truly special. They are a credit to the restaurant, and we look forward to returning because of them. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible breakfast experience with Mohammed Hussein. His service was truly exceptional from start to finish. What stood out most was how thoughtful he was to me and my family. He brought me dishes to try that I never would have chosen on my own, and every recommendation turned out to be delicious. Mohammed went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Very large selection of Middle Eastern, Asian and Western items. The pictures I took only show half of the buffet.
Especially worth mentioning is the excellent service provided by Mr. Wahid Ibrahim, who prepared a bowl of Ful for me.
An excellent place to dine at unless you are on a diet.
