This clinic is a failure in terms of service and staff communication skills. I had a skin booster injection there, but it was completely ineffective. I paid a deposit for a second injection, but when I saw it wasn’t working, I canceled the second one. I want a refund, but they’re refusing and avoiding me. I have screenshots of all the conversations and how they treated me.
