I recently had my LASIK surgery at Dar El Oyoun Hospital with Dr. Mahmoud Said and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
From the thorough pre-operative assessment to the smooth procedure and the excellent care provided by the hospital staff, everything was handled with professionalism and attention to detail.
A special thank you to Dr. Mahmoud for his expertise, reassurance, and outstanding care throughout the entire journey. I am truly grateful and highly recommend them to anyone considering vision correction surgery.

Great hospitality from the moment i stepped foot into the facility welcomed at the reception with fatma leading me to a perfect step by step consultation with great doctors as well as nurses reasoning and educating me about my condition what a team you are truly hope more hospitals and care centers offer that exact and even better quality of care as i have consulted with other doctors giving me false diagnosis as well as low grade medical equipment and many referals while here in dar el oyoun i was welcomed with great care as well as medical equipment with good clincal reasoning and medical prescription

Very disorganized,i went for doing some investigations according to the recommendation of my doctor,the receptionist gave me a number for some of the investigations and not for the others so i had to wait two times ,the specialist who was responisvle for the investigations was so rude the investigation required me staring into a device and involuntarily i blinked she kept looking at me with anger,unfortunately no body has an id to mention their names,i guess they should look into the people they hire to deal with patients ,all of these i didn’t mention the long wait time.
Finally to be fair there were two receptionists when i reported my problem they dealt with me with kindness,respect,and helped

I come often to Dar El Oyoum for my mom. I’ve always found the experience to be friendly, professional yet somewhat time consuming … given the number of patients and the prepping process. Nonetheless … the place is always very clean and tidy. Staff are helpful. Doctors are knowledgeable, courteous and caring.That’s for the Outpatient.
The inpatient is also just as commendable. Rooms are clean and compact. Nursing is up to par. Operating rooms are impressive.
