There’s no professionalism in the car’s maintenance and diagnostics. Engineer Magdy replaces parts with Chinese ones and doesn’t fix the problems at all. There’s no specialized computer diagnostic tool available. The Mercedes charged me for something that’s very inexpensive. I had the car repaired abroad for much less, and I discovered he’d used Chinese parts. I won’t forgive him; it’s a terrible company.
