After sale care none- existed, they become rude and asking for money every time you ask for what should be mandatory rights during the warranty period.
I bought a scooter Keewy-Keet 2000w, was told doesn’t require licence that was a lie.
The police confiscated it as it requires licencing and to get it you need a proof of custom release from the dealer.
When I asked for it they kept playing frustrating techniques to force me to give up.
In the end they told me bluntly, “ This was passed through the custom as a child toy and there is nothing we can do for you,”
Definitely, there must be a corrupt customer- officer who work for them but that wouldn’t benefit you in any way. The legal system is dead slow and so confusing that you’ll end up with a massive bill in top of your loses and getting nothing.

The Scooter was confisicated the night I was in your shop to book a yearly
maintainanace. (I TRIED SO MANY TIMES TO DO IT OVER THE PHONE AND FAILED).
AS A DUTY OF CARE I SHOULD HAVE BEEN WARNED BY YOUR STUFF ABOUT THE NEW REGULATION.
They booked the appointment but said nothing about the new rules. So basicly you maintain it for me as a CHILD TOY.
hidding serious information is equivelant to lie.
I came back to you asking for the required docs and you declined, stating that 6 months have lapsed and I have no rights.
In your contract that clue is regarding motorsycls, this is a 2000w Electric Scooter not a Child Toy.
