Dr. Bilal Abdel Moneim Attia, ENT specialist, is the worst doctor you’ll ever deal with. He misdiagnoses, criticizes previous doctors, speaks disrespectfully, downplays your illness and symptoms, and when I asked him for a detailed diagnosis with his signature, he refused, pushed me away, and left!

The management and staff of Dawy Clinics are extremely incompetent, especially the October branch. The doctors don’t respect appointments, making patients wait for extended periods. The reception staff are completely oblivious to their work. It’s the worst clinic I’ve ever dealt with. A terrible experience, and I don’t intend to go there again.

A very, very bad experience. We went to see Dr. Ahmed El-Sayed or Dr. Mohamed (I can’t remember which), an internist. He didn’t examine us thoroughly at all, and he didn’t know if the medications he prescribed for my wife were safe while breastfeeding or not. He told us to ask a pediatrician.
