Truly excellent service

One of the best pharmacies in Cairo! I used to travel the world just to get my children’s and wife’s prescriptions filled with MetLife insurance.

It feels like other pharmacies that partner with insurance companies regret the partnership, or that they don’t actually collect the medication reimbursements from the insurance companies, or that the customer is being taken from them unjustly.

After God guided me to this pharmacy, my life changed completely. Prescriptions are filled in full without any excuses, and if a medication is missing or unavailable, they immediately find an alternative and dispense it without any problem.

Customer satisfaction is their top priority.

Seriously, if there were annual awards for pharmacies in Egypt, this pharmacy and this branch would deserve it.
