Dental Point – New Cairo

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Mostafa Kotb’s Dental Point Clinic in New Cairo. At every visit I am treated with the utmost courtesy, professionalism, and attentiveness.

Upon arriving I am warmly greeted by the Head Office Manager, Miss Manar El Gabaly. I’m especially happy to see her. She is always most welcoming. I have found her to be very kind, efficient , and accommodating. She is pleasant, helpful, and comfortable to be around. I would be very disappointed if she weren’t there.

The restroom and the rest of the clinic are scrupulously clean. The reception area is fresh and comfortable. And the treatment room is unique, full of natural light, and of course, the hygienic level is at the highest international standards.

Mr. Mohamed Soliman, the Head Nurse, is amazingly skilled. I’m always pleased and relieved when I see Mr. Mohamed is to be the attending nurse. My mouth is rather small and can’t open very wide; I know this makes it difficult for any dental procedure. Because of this, previous experiences with dental work has prepared me to expect to be somewhat uncomfortable with the equipment being used. My first experience with Mr. Mohamed left me amazed and pleasantly surprised. He was able to perform his duties without causing me any discomfort, or pain. I honestly can say I don’t know how he does his job in my case.

He always makes sure the chair, and headrest are adjusted comfortably for me. With Mr. Mohamed I never feel equipment clunking on my teeth or have too much water sprayed in my mouth during procedures. He always seems to know when I need a tissue, or adjusts the surgical light before it’s glaring into my eyes, and attends to many other details to make sure I’m comfortable. He effortlessly manages all of this while performing additional duties and procedures too numerous to list. I almost feel as if he isn’t there but I know he is. He is attending to every detail keeping me relaxed and at ease.

Some words that come to mind when I think of Dr. Mostafa Kotb are respect, trust, integrity, innovative, inspired, diligent, meticulous, and gifted. I respect and trust Dr. Mostafa completely. He’s very conscientious in his work and always makes the extra effort that finishes the job perfectly. He has come up with some creative and original designs to provide dental restoration of my teeth. In treatments involving tooth replacement or repair the new work is seamless and adjusted perfectly so my bite is comfortable. Also, he takes particular care to insure the color of the new tooth matches with the rest of the teeth even if it is a molar.

I’ve had many lengthy procedures with Dr. Mostafa. He is extremely patient and kind. He always makes sure I’m very comfortable and I’m not experiencing any pain. When I have questions he is able to explain so thoroughly I can easily understand. He is diligent and meticulous in his work.

Dr Mostafa is a master in all aspects of his profession, but there is something more I don’t know how to explain so I just think of it as gifted. Whatever it is, it makes Dr. Mostafa a remarkable dentist and an exceptional human being.

I feel very fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Mostafa Kotb. The treatments he has recommended, and the work he has done have made life changing improvements. He has surrounded himself with an excellent staff and has a very clean and welcoming clinic.

I highly recommend Dr. Mostafa Kotb’s Dental Point New Cairo. I have shared only a few examples of the many courtesies, excellent care, and quality of work by highly skilled professionals I’ve experienced at Dental Point.

Had my first visit yesterday and I’m impressed! One of the best dental clinics in tagamo3.
Staff is very friendly and the place is very hygienic and they are taking all the safety measures for COVID.

I highly recommend Dr. Moustafa Kotb, I’ve been following up with him for a long period and he’s one of the best dentists and very professional in what he does and most importantly honest in giving the recommendations for each case!
