I came from Saudi Arabia as a visitor to Cairo, and thanks to God’s grace and blessings, I contacted Dr. Karim. On the same day, he scheduled an appointment for me regarding the installation of Emax lenses. On the same day, he performed the examination, X-rays, and digital imaging, and explained all the details. He began the treatment phase and removed the old lenses on the same day. Due to my travel circumstances and limited time, he stayed with me at the clinic until midnight to complete the remaining work. Two days later, they contacted me to coordinate and informed me that the lenses were ready for installation. I arrived at the clinic at 1 PM, and the doctor began his work. The process took approximately 5 continuous hours, and the lenses were installed beautifully and professionally. I have never seen anything like it, even in the Kingdom. This is a testimony I will be held accountable for before God. I say to the doctor, thank you from the bottom of my heart, and to Dr. Ahmed, a tremendous achievement. The speed of response and communication, the advanced capabilities of the clinic, and the professional execution resulted in outstanding results, and I am completely satisfied with them. I ask God to bless him and grant him success. The word ‘thank you’ is not enough to express my gratitude. I advise anyone who wants to get a smile makeover to go to anyone other than Dr. Karim. Don’t look elsewhere and don’t waste your time.
