The service is generally great. Mimi is excellent and friendly. However, today I had a bad encounter in the female section when getting my eyebrows and face done. One of the staff basically made a rude joke about me which I didn’t like at all.

My personal experience has never been worse with a haircut. i went for a pixie haircut (boy cut), it took 10 mins for him to finish it all, zero effort, zero professionalism, zero experience in short haircuts, some hair strands are long some are short, my bangs were not equal length. Tottally OVERPRICED. Never trying this salon again

The place used to be great few years ago and thats why am very dissapointed how the service really went down. Prices are fine but their art of hair dressing is not too good just fine as any unknown hair dresser fou d any where not desiree !!
