Absolutely terrible place to stay at. The host did not warn of construction going on in building from early morning. On top of that, ignores your questions about the construction

COMMUNICATION- EXCELLENT!!!
We had initially booked our stay from May 21-24 because we were traveling many other places in egpyt and was going with the flow.
Mahamed who assisted our stay was excellent from day 1i reached out to him. I asked him several questions regarding sighs to see, case service, massage,fees, etc. He was very responsive!!
We kept on changing our dates because we had difficulties with other bookings in our adventure. Mahamed, made sure that our room was available and that we were able to add an extra day..
CLEANLINESS- EXCELLENT
The apartment was exactly described in the pics and was super clean, plenty of soup. Fully functional kitchen, I cooked Ramen, made yes everyday, clean. Just need more utensils, but I didn’t check. The place smelled fresh!!
LOCATION- EXCELLENT
Very well situated , with many local restaurants and you walk a few blocks your in a whole me WORLD! .. I wish I had more time to explore the neighborhood. I took the metro to Bab El Sharaaya to go to Khan El khalili but never made it because I found an excellent authentic herbal shop and ended up buying $1000+ of herbs. So I had to come back to drop off. DHB has a security and front desk, and they immediately called someone to open my horn room door.
SAFETY- EXCELLENT
DHB stays have front desk and security. They are really nice and sweet men! They allowed us to drop off our bags when we arrived, since check in is at 2pm. So, we went out and returned at 4pm. Mahamed, was so kind he waited for us till 4pm. He’s so nice! Sorry, thank you for being so kind, sweet and waiting 2hrs for us!!
LAUNDRY SERVICE- EXCELLENT
My friend wanted to clean her laundry. They have a laundry service- they pick up and drop off at your room!!
COMFORT- EXCELLENT
After all this traveling, I was actually able to unwind, and rests on the sofa. I love the sofa! It is so comfy! The only thing I would suggest is to move the air conditioner over towards the window because air conditioner was blowing directly at us. But the air conditioner worked really well. We were actually cold.
The beds and pillows are so comfortable that I fell straight away to sleep. There was a little noise, but that’s just getting better proof windows.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DHB STAYS – GOOD PEOPLE AND EXCELLENT CLEAN COMFY APARTMENT…
