Diar Real Estate Investments

My wife and I spent months searching for a real estate development company with a strong track record and credibility in a market that, unfortunately, lacks regulations and where it’s very easy for investors to lose their rights, like the Egyptian real estate market. Finally, after a long search, we went to Diyar Real Estate Investments. Pay attention to the name and logo because there are other companies with similar names. Anyway, as soon as we met their sales representative, we felt comfortable with her. She spent at least three hours explaining general concepts and the advantages of Diyar, highlighting what they offer that’s different from the rest of the market. Then she showed us their available units. We were very convinced by one unit and paid a reservation deposit. Within a week, we had paid a large portion of the down payment and completed it later. Thank God, I’ve been consistent with my installment payments ever since, and may God always make things easy for us and everyone else, God willing. Honestly, I’m very optimistic that I’ll receive the unit on time, and may God help them amidst the chaos and terrible uncertainty currently plaguing all sectors in the country.

Thank God, they started building the apartment building a month ago… and God willing, they’ll finish on schedule… They’re truly incredibly polite and respectful people.
