Not clean.
Not organized.
No air conditioning and I had to sit outside to be able to breathe.
Orders are prepared after a long time and after you ask for it multiple times.
Not recommended at all especially if you are in a family gathering.

Wow, the place is really nice and the staff is all great.

It’s a very nice place, and honestly, the service and the people working there, especially Mohamed Hassan Gamal, are excellent. They all treat each other like family, not like a crowded place at all. I and my companions were truly delighted.
