Be aware: every time I went in or out, this kid from the ruins across the street rushed at me, grabbed me with DIRTY hands, and begged for money—it was very uncomfortable, annoying and scared. (The other neighbour children there were friendly, kind and sweet.)
If you plan to stay here, consider this.

Mohamed was our host and was absolutely amazing. First of all his personality was so welcoming to us foreigners and we already felt good about Cairo. The rooms were very clean and affordable. The customer service is amazing. For example I had bought an Arabic dress when I got to Egypt and the next day I got it dirty visiting the pyramids. Mohamed offered to have it cleaned and returned to me. His other employee Mahmoud was our driver and is a very kind man. He picked us up from the airport and showed amazing hospitality. I can’t wait for my next trip to Cairo and I can confidently say that Discover Pyramids Inn is the best air bnb in all of Cairo.

Amazing prices and amazing service. I’m a study abroad student and me and my friend came for our last weekend of travel and it has been a blast. Mohamed is the most genuine and amazing host. Not only do they offer a great place but also have tour guides as well cheaper than Viator and other booking sights. This offer a truly local experience. 10/10 would recommend!

On arrival I was met by the owner Mohammed who was very welcoming and pleasant. Mohammed showed me the modern facilities on offer and when I saw my room (he kindly upgraded my room) I was very impressed, it was very modern, chic, clean and impressionable. Nothing was ever too much for Mohammed, who in my opinion was such a great host during my stay.

We were treated very well from the moment we arrived. We were collected from the airport and shown around the apartment then taken out for food. The apartment was very clean with comfy beds and an amazing view of the Giza pyramids. Our host also organised for us to be taken on tours of all the major attractions for a good price. I’ve never experienced hospitality like this so I rate it 10/10. Thanks!
