Dokkan Auto Service was exceptional in every respect from the very beginning till the end. Everything started from a quick call to customer care center who were very helpful, friendly and cooperative. I would like to express my gratitude to service engineer Abdulrahman because he did great job being extremely professional and transparent during the inspection and repair works.
What I liked the most about his work is that he explained me all necessary services clearly and told me everything concerning the current state of my car. It is worth mentioning his detailed explanation regarding spare parts availability and whether they were OEM parts or aftermarket ones. He also proved to be very customer oriented having provided a good level of customer service.
