This spa has completely gone downhill. Back in 2019 it was excellent, but now it’s one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and treated guests with no respect. The place was messy and poorly managed. Clearly, the management has changed — and not for the better. I would strongly advise against wasting your time or money here..
