Dr. Amr, of course! First of all, I want to thank you for your hard work and great effort with me, and I’m so grateful for your patience! 🌹🌹 I’m truly, truly happy with the result I achieved. I suffered for many years from dental problems, from broken teeth to root canals and nerve treatments. Thank God, thank God you helped me with this. I never imagined I’d have such beautiful teeth. May God always bless you, and God willing, this won’t be the last time I see you. You’ve become our doctor now, for me and any of my relatives, friends, or anyone who asks me about a dentist. I swear, I’m not exaggerating! 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 From success to success, God willing, and I hope we can get my mom’s teeth done soon! 😂😂😂

I visited Dr. Amr Essam’s clinic today, waited patiently for 45 minutes, following the queue system. However, someone who arrived after me was allowed in before me, while I was still waiting. This is absolutely unacceptable.
To me, this shows:
• Lack of respect for patients — disregarding the order in which people arrived
• Unprofessional conduct — the staff and doctor not honoring a fair queue
• Poor customer service — no apology, explanation, or attempt to remedy the situation
As a patient, I expect to be treated with dignity and fairness. Sadly, this experience makes me question whether I’ll ever return or recommend their services. I hope they seriously reflect and improve how they handle patient appointments and waiting order.
Updates: As expected, he’s lying — I arrived only five minutes late, but had to wait because he was still with the previous patient. I ended up waiting for over 40 minutes.
Then he let somebody else who came 30 minutes after me and she didn’t have a appointment as she mentioned on the counter once she arrived.
But I believe she has a good relationship with this dentist

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Amr. He is an exceptionally professional dentist who truly prioritizes the patient’s needs. I recently underwent a teeth-whitening procedure, and the results were excellent. What stood out most was his honesty and integrity—unlike many others in the field who focus mainly on profit, Dr. Amr carefully explained what was genuinely necessary for my dental health and appearance, without pushing unnecessary treatments.
