Dr. Dalia, I went for a consultation and she gave me a dozen tests costing about ten thousand pounds. I did them, and I told her I was traveling and only had a week left. As soon as I received my results, I went to her clinic as she told me to see them and get my prescription before I left. Now I went and found the girl who was running the clinic, and she told me the doctor apologized and won’t be coming for a week. I asked for her number so I could contact her and send the test results, but she said no, the doctor doesn’t allow it. Besides, the clinic’s phone numbers don’t answer and are always unavailable. What am I supposed to do, Dr. Dalia? I paid a fortune for the consultation and tests, and I’m supposed to be waiting for you to see them and give me my medication, especially since I have an autoimmune disease. I was really wrong to go to a doctor who doesn’t have a contact number for emergencies. And on top of that, the waiting system is awful, and they don’t answer the phone at the clinic. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this clinic again. There’s no scheduling, no answering of the phone, and it’s completely useless. Even though the consultation fee is expensive, they should at least show some consideration for the patients and their conditions. There should be some empathy before professionalism. I’m leaving in a few days, and all the tests I had done are worthless.
