Dr. Dalia Najm Pharmacy

I’ve been a customer there for almost 12 years, but today I ordered eye drops and the bottle arrived open. The doctor there, named Menna, responded very rudely, saying it didn’t matter if it was open. I told her how, since the cap wasn’t sealed and the drops were dripping, and I wanted a replacement. She then punished me by sending the delivery person with the money for the filthy bottle and refused to send a replacement, even though the entire order was over 300 Egyptian pounds. The delivery boy was much more polite and apologized, offering to get me another one, but I refused because of her attitude and the way she was provoking customers. This happened about two hours ago, and I tried to contact the pharmacy owner, but I couldn’t. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve chosen in years, with the worst service and the most insensitive response.
