My experience with Dr. Karim and his team was truly amazing. He was kind, supportive, and explained every detail step by step, which made me feel completely comfortable throughout the procedure. My experience has been positive, from the moment I walked in the two ladies on reception were absolutely amazing from beautiful manners to helpfulness. When I saw Dr Karim he was soo positive, gentle, caring and very clear on expectations and took his time to explain and recommend best treatments. He was completely professional with a very gentle tone and approach. Sadly I could not go ahead with my LASIK procedure as Dr Karim discovered something in my eye that warranted more tests for my procedure to go ahead safely. Hopefully I will be returning to him after I get the all clear. I would highly recommend this fabulous doctor to anyone that is thinking of doing this kind of treatment ❤️

I spent quite a lot of time researching laser eye surgery and different doctors before making my decision, so I didn’t make this choice lightly.
I eventually decided to go with Dr. Karim El-Mowafi for my FemtoLASIK, and so far I’m really happy with the decision.
I originally wanted to do SMILE Pro, especially since the center has the ZEISS VisuMax 800. But after examining my eyes, Dr. Karim explained that topography-guided FemtoLASIK would be a better option for my particular case. I really appreciated that he focused on what was best for my eyes rather than simply recommending the newest technology.
The surgery itself went very smoothly. Dr. Karim and his team were calm, professional and reassuring throughout the whole process, which made a big difference.
The follow-up has also been great so far. They’ve been checking everything carefully and answering all my questions.
I’m very happy with my choice. Definitely recommend Dr. Karim and his team.

The doctor is really professional and very skilled and honestly the whole experience was so comfortable. The clinic is super clean and the surgery went really smoothly.
