انا ابنى اقعد سنه من اول مااتولد بيعانى من الامساك وكل مااروح لى دكتور يقولى عادى وياخد ملين
لى حد ماروحت عند الدكتور محمد وبصراحه طلب منى تحاليل كتير عن الاطعمه وحساسيه طعام واشعه على المعده
وطلع عندوا القولون وبدا رحله العلاج بقالى سنتين مشيا متابعه مع اادكتور والحمد لله فى تحسن كبير جدا
ومفيش ملينات تانى واخد كورس علاج
واثناء رحله العلاج اكتشف الدكتور انوا عندوا جيوب انفيه وطلب عمل اشاعه وطلع عندوا جيوب انفيه بس من الدرجه الاولى والحمد لله اكتشفها بادرى قبل ماندخل فى متاهه وعلاج غلط

ابنى منذر كان بيعانى من تعب شديد لانه أصيب بالتهاب رئوى هو وعنده ٥ سنين وبعدها كان كل ما ياخد الدور يتعب خالص وروحنا لكذا دكتور فيقولنا دى حساسية فى الصدر وناخد مصدات حيوى وبعدها يرجع يتعب تانى وفى نفس الدائرة إلى أن وفقنا الله وتابعنا فديوهات الدكتور محمد جمال على الفيس وروحنا وحجزنا وكشف جزاه الله كل الخير وكان بداية الاطمئنان هو التشخيص ووفقه الله ووضح أنه مفيش حساسية خالص بالصدر الحمدلله وانما حاجة بسيطة بالانف بتتأثر فقط من الاكل والمعدة ومن وقتها والحمدلله تغيرت حالة منذر ١٨٠ درجة فجزاه الله كل الخير واحنا بنسافرله من محافظة قنا وحاليا المتابعات اولاين

”First of all, this doctor has no conscience. Secondly, there was zero professionalism in his words or decisions—we left the consultation room exactly as we entered, having gained absolutely nothing. He didn’t examine the child, try to find the cause of the fever, or even prescribe a fever reducer, which is the most basic thing any conscious doctor with fundamental medical knowledge would do.
Instead, he ordered X-rays and lab tests without an examination or even looking at the patient, speaking about nothing other than tests and scans—including an X-ray for a child who didn’t need it at all.
Has the profession become strictly for profit? Where is conscience, and where is the knowledge you supposedly spent years learning? As a patient coming to you for help to understand the problem and find a solution, you didn’t even ask about the simplest things or take a medical history!”

A truly, truly terrible experience.
Anyone who wants to throw their money away should go to this doctor. I mean, pay 600 Egyptian pounds and he doesn’t even examine my daughter, just shrugs and doesn’t even greet her. My daughter is two years old! And what does he mean by saying she’s going for an abdominal x-ray? How is that even the first option? All this just because he’s contracted with a place that recommends him? Do you think I’m going to a doctor for free?! I literally didn’t get a single penny out of him. Why should I throw my money away? It’s not worth the effort!
The examination literally didn’t even take any time because he didn’t even examine her. It’s truly awful, and I won’t forgive him for taking my money.

Unfortunately, there was absolutely no attention given to the examination, and the girl didn’t even last two minutes.
He ordered unnecessary tests from a radiology and lab center contracted with the clinic.
Zero professionalism.
Unfortunately, I came here based on the comments, and it didn’t help at all.
I left with my daughter having a fever, and he didn’t check her temperature or anything. I went to Dr. Tamer Abdel Hamid in Manial.
May God bless him for his knowledge and character.
