The doctor is professional, but the reception is very terrible at organising the appointments!!! I wasn’t informed that the dr. cancelled all the appointments until i texted them to make sure he’s there and that was 15 mins before my appointment!!!
And multiple times I arrive on time and wait 30 mins to 1 hr and they don’t even bother to tell me that the doctor will be late although i kept asking them about why am late and all i recieve is that “ 5 mins and he’ll arrive “ !!!
There is zero communication skills and no respect for patients’ time at all !
