The worst pharmacy anyone could ever deal with.
God is my witness. I placed an order at 2:30 PM urgently, and they assured me it would arrive quickly. Half an hour later, they called and said some medication would be delayed. I told them I didn’t want it and to send the rest of the order; it might be faster. They replied, “Of course, sir.” I waited for an hour and 35 minutes, and nothing arrived. During that time, I called three times, and each time they answered, saying, “Of course, sir, your order will be with you in two minutes.” On my last call, just to avoid responsibility, they told me the delivery person said they had delivered the order. Who in their right mind would accept an order from a pharmacy with a similar address and pay over 1000 Egyptian pounds for the delivery? I called another pharmacy, and it arrived within 10 minutes. May God hold them accountable for their negligence, carelessness, and administrative failure. The pharmacy owner is clearly unaware of the disasters his team is causing, and I assure him that a problem like this, occurring in this manner, demonstrates gross negligence. Countless problems within the pharmacy.

This pharmacy lied to me over the phone. I was told that a pharmacist would come to my house to administer an injection. In reality it was a delivery driver. Administering injections! Do not use this pharmacy. They are not trustworthy.
