Correction: I was contacted by the owner, “Abu Malik or Abu Omar,” and he actually offered to take the shoes back to the shop and would take care of everything himself. Honestly, after his polite and respectful manner, I retract my negative review. Even though I didn’t return the shoes, I’m psychologically satisfied. Thank you for satisfying your customers.
“I gave them a pair of shoes to clean, and they came back the same as before, and I paid 250 EGP with no noticeable difference.
…Their excuse was that the remaining marks wouldn’t show because the color would fade…Well, you should have said that before I paid you…I don’t recommend them…Many people have arguments with them because of the repairs and cleaning they didn’t like.”
