I was very disappointed with my experience at this hospital. The doctor was rude and dismissive. He diagnosed me without a proper consultation and prescribed medications that I was already taking, even after I explained that they were not helping. He refused to consider alternative treatment options. I believe patients deserve to be treated with respect and receive attentive medical care.

as I had the worst experience in the hospital. Also, the employee of contractions is not cooperative, supportive, and unprofessional at all. I waited for more than 2 hours at the reception to convince him and to get a formal approval from the company although the customer service mentioned that the needed service does not need any approval.
I am waiting for your your reply with the suitable action with this employee as he does not helpful at all. Also, the same when I tried to call the specialized hotline to complain, She tried to calm me down without any benefits😏.

My father went for open hart surgery and i could say the operation was successful but my father went in to coma after 1 day from the oparation becouse the after care was extremlye baaaaaaaaaaad and six days later i lost my father thay gave me very bad excuses when my father went in to coma they said my father tryed to pull the tube and then he was sick and thene was not enough oxygen going in to his brain thats why my father went to coma .my question is wher was the staff? Doctors ? nurses ????😭 at the time when my father tryed topull the tube bascley they killd my father by not giving him enough attention maybe they where busy on Facebook and when i told them and pushed them to find out what happind they said the doctor who was on dutey at that time he was fired i dont recommend this hosspital to any one who loves his father and mother i am so sad and ao hurt broken.
