Drill Swimming Academy

Very disappointing experience. We recently moved to Alexandria and contacted the school about swimming lessons for our children. We asked if they could arrange a trial or an early lesson so our kids could get started.

Our messages were read but never answered. I sent a couple of polite follow-up reminders, yet still nothing – not even a simple explanation on availability or that they wouldn’t / couldn’t accommodate us.

Ignoring potential families is just unprofessional and shows a lack of basic courtesy. As newcomers to the city, we expected much better communication. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this school.

The number of children in the group is very large… and sometimes there aren’t any trainers in the private sessions, so they include them in the group.
