Staff vs online
I ordered a bag online and I received it the next day but unfortunately it was badly packaged however after I called the customer service a few times they were able to help me and they informed the Alexandria dstore to re wrap the bag and the staff in Alexandria dstore were very helpful nice and professional they made sure it was well wrapped the luxury bag I bought as a gift was worth buying and I can say I’m a very happy customer because of the respectful treatment I got from the staff and customer service thank you so much I will definitely consider buying my bags from dstore the well deserving luxury brand store
