The coffee is okay and the staff are nice, but the éclair isn’t a real éclair. It’s just a doughnut in a different shape pretending to be an éclair.

“The place was extremely crowded. We ordered sandwiches for takeaway, but the employee initially told us they were unavailable. However, after speaking with the manager, he told her right in front of us not to say that, but rather to inform us that there would be a 1.5-hour wait! Waiting 90 minutes for a takeaway sandwich is an unreasonably long time. On top of that, we bought two of the 12-piece donut offers, but we didn’t even receive the full offer. Very disappointing experience with both the customer service and organization.”

the coffee(spanish latte and white mocha specifically)is amaziinnggg especially by Karam he’s soo nice and welcoming and the coffee always tastes so good when he’s the one in charge

Lovely hanging out spot, unique design, delicious food and drinks with lots of varieties and helpful staff. Thanks the cashier (do not know his name) who recommended us to take latte and cappuccino offers with donuts. Thanks Mohamed for preparing best hot drinks and Ramy for serving the donuts. I really liked this branch. The branch is neat and tidy and decor is very nice.
