Their reception of the patient is excellent, and their treatment plan is very clear, especially the intensive care consultants who explain everything clearly, outlining the steps to be taken. The nursing assistants are outstanding, beyond description (without mentioning names, of course). Whenever we need to check on the patient, they give us the latest updates. The nursing staff is articulate, polite, and very skilled, God bless them.

This hospital is a complete disaster. There’s no cleanliness, the staff is practically nonexistent, the ICU is running a festival, there are no doctors, everyone’s asleep, the TV’s broken, the air conditioning’s broken. It’s a catastrophe.

Imagine a hospital that’s entirely dedicated to intensive care, and it doesn’t even have a kitchen! Seriously, it’s true. The hospital has a contract with the restaurant on the ground floor; they prepare the food for the ICU patients and take it upstairs.

I was truly shocked when a man smelling of cigarettes came in with a plate of food, completely unhygienic and unsterilized, without even a mask or gloves. We refused the food, of course.
Honestly, this hospital was the worst experience I’ve ever had. You could say it’s terrible on every level. The doctors are always absent. Every time you ask to see a doctor, the standard response is, “The doctor is coming by.” It feels like a clinic with only one doctor. As for the nursing staff, don’t even get me started. They’re like statues; they only do things when you ask them twice.

And as for the service, it’s nonexistent. For example, the first day cost 20,000, and the rest of the days were between 10,000 and 11,000. And when we asked for the bills, we found items with ridiculously high figures, like “medications per day.” One 1000 pounds, supplies 1000 pounds, medical consultations 7000 pounds, and so on and so forth.

Seriously, a place like this needs a training program for all its employees. This is a cry for help to the Ministry of Health: how can they allow her to practice medicine?
