أسواء مكان كورس اقسم بالله على وجه الارض وكلام هتسال عليه يوم القيامه اولا معامله سيئة مدرسين بيتغيروا كورس بيتقطع عشان الاطفال نقصوا غير انتظار شهرين عقبال ما الكورس يكتمل وفى الاخر مفيش مرتجع للكتب ولا الحصص ايلى راحت علينا ردهم أنهم جابوا لينا كورس اخر بس هنبتدى تانى من الاول طب احنا زنبنا ايه نبتدى من الاول نصيحه محدش يرحو عندهم تانى فرع التجمع الخامس

After a full year of dealing with them and even recommending them to others, I’m writing this to absolve myself of any responsibility for the chaos they’re in.

The instructor changed three times in the first level. And in the second level, she changed twice in the first month. I spoke with the management about my son telling me he drew nice pictures in the course, and I saw that his notes were wrong, but the teacher marked them correctly and gave them a star. So I asked them why he was drawing, and they said he didn’t want to sit down. But he’d been sitting down for nine months! What happened?

And the receptionist lied to me, saying that Miss So-and-so was inside, and then I saw another teacher coming out of the room. I asked her if she’d changed again?

I tell her, how could you lie to me and tell me the teacher is inside?
She says it’s because I have no right to know or talk to the teachers or anything that changes or anything related to the place.
A 5-year-old child, and I don’t have the right to talk to his teacher?
And the administration asks me, “Do you talk to the teacher at school?” I say, “Yes, it’s normal.”
She asks, “Do you see his class?” I say, “Yes, of course.”
She tells me, “Well, we don’t have that.”
And I tell her the secretary lied and is hiding something. She threw the whole thing out of the question and says, “I want to tell you that your son is naughty…and several teachers say he gets up a lot.”
I tell her, “He’s only 8 months old, how can he answer and talk like that?” You change teachers so often, he doesn’t even have time to adapt to one before she changes. Even the longest-serving teacher understood and reviewed with me well. You’re telling me maybe he’s changed too, maybe he’s lost his desire to learn?! This is what the director said… the director, God bless her, who manages two branches, First and Fifth Settlements, and she’s sitting at home, and there aren’t any cameras in the place! I’ve never seen her at the branch in my life, I’ve been going there for a year. She gets all her feedback on people’s work over the phone, just gossip. So she’s responsible for two places, and I told her, “You saw what happened, you saw how the secretary looked and responded,” and she told me, “How can I see there aren’t any cameras?” I asked her, “Why doesn’t a place that’s with children have cameras?!” She said, “Why would I put cameras? Are we a nursery?”
