Absolutely horrendous experience!!!
Never ordering again!
I ordered 1/2 kilo filto meat and I got half a chicken? I called the restaurant and they were so disrespectful and wouldn’t own up to their mistake. They kept saying it’s not their fault like genuinely how is it not your fault? Am I the one making the order?? Never again disgusting and disappointed. The box says filto but inside is a chicken??

I ordered knuckle soup, and molokhaya with white rice. The soup was mostly just broth, and very salty with a taste of Knorr spices! Yuck! The molokhaya was okay, but a very small amount in the container. Used to be my favorite restaurant, but this is the second time I was disappointed. I’m done!

* We ordered the Potatoes with Corriander, kobeba, ma7ashy meshakel and roz bel khalta.
* All the food was tasty, the potatoes were crunchy and not soaked in oil. They were very well seasoned with garlic and lemon.
*The kobeba was very tasty too.
* The mixed ma7shy was a bit salty.
* The rice was well seasoned and tasted nice too.
* A friend of our ordered Shrimp butterfly, they were yummy yet a small amount and the price was too high. She paid 500LE.
* The price for the 4 items we ordered was 450LE which we thought was very reasonable for the good quality and the marvelous view.

We went for business lunch at the place and the we ordered mix grill items and I wanted to try the seafood soup 🍲.
First of all the seafood was below average and I didn’t complete the soup and told the waiter.
Then the mix grill items was overcooked especially Kofta and the meat 🥩 was not the cut we asked and the chopstick was so bad.
Even the salads was so small not tasty 🤤
Overall experience is bad and not recommended at all

During our brief stay in Alexandria, we visited this lovely place several times. The staff is outstanding – attentive, friendly, and welcoming! The fish, seafood, and meat are all delicious. And the blueberry-flavored shisha is simply divine! This restaurant truly deserves all 5 stars
