Totally unprofessional! We called them regarding a specific unit in new Cairo. The agent didn’t come to the assigned appointment. Half an hour later, we got a call (after many trials from our side to reach him) that he had problems with his car!!! WITHOUT EVEN APOLOGIZING OR INFORMING US THAT HE GONNA BE LATE!!! The Sales manager came to show us other units which were totally non-relevant.
The next day we got a video from the desired unit per Whats App. We organized then another appointment to check it out. Then we got informed that the price of this unit gonna be 130000 LE higher than what was dealt before. Moreover they won’t be able to get the unit key to the assigned appointment. We had a very bad experience.
ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!
