Honestly, ECRAL is one of the best car rental companies I’ve ever dealt with.

The great thing is that they pick up and drop off the car wherever it’s convenient for me, which saves a lot of time and effort. Their cars suit all types of customers, and the prices are excellent for the service provided.

Once, I had an issue with a tire showing damage on the side. I contacted them immediately, and they responded right away, asking me not to move the car. Within just an hour and a half, they provided me with a replacement car of a higher class than I originally booked — truly professional service 👏

I rent from them every year, and I’ll be renting again in April and August — I’ll always choose them.

If I have one small comment, it’s that the allowed kilometers could be a bit low for long-term rentals.

Other than that, the service is outstanding, and I highly recommend them.
